Northbound Harlem Avenue Ramp Closed Due To Flooding

OAK LAWN, IL -- The northbound ramp to Harlem Avenue is closed due to early morning flooding Tuesday that swamped the south suburbs. The north ramp is accessible from off the westbound 95th Street. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes and not to try to drive through any standing water, especially under viaducts.
