Oak Lawn 2019 Farmers Market Opens Wednesday

OAK LAWN, IL -- It’s that time again! The Oak Lawn Farmers Market opens the summer season this Wednesday, June 5. The farmers market runs every Wednesday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.through Oct. 16 (except for Sept. 4, when crews set up Fall on the Green).

Shoppers will gather at Dumke Drive at 52nd Avenue where they can purchase farm fresh veggies and fruits, oils, delicious homemade jams, cheese, flowers, shrubs, breads, spices, coffee, tea, popcorn, clothing, soaps, jewelry, arts and crafts, and more. The farmers market also features specialty vendors such as Avon, Pampered Chef, 31 and Tupperware.

When you are done purchasing your selections, stop by Smilin' Clyde's Hot Dog Wagon and enjoy the best Chicago dog in the universe for lunch. Each week's farmers market also has a sponsor, featuring a local business. Take time to see what the weekly sponsor is offering to the public.
