Oak Lawn Children's Museum Plans Egg Hunt for Special Needs Kids

The Children's Museum in Oak Lawn will host an Easter egg hunt for children with disabilities on March 18. Pre-registration required.

OAK LAWN, IL -- The Children’s Museum in Oak Lawn is hosting an Easter egg hunt for children with disabilities on Sunday, March 18. There will be two hunts from 10 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m. This Easter egg hunt is for children who face challenges participating in community Easter egg hunts and may need help.

The Easter egg hunt will have live bunnies and other animals, a visit from the Easter Bunny, special crafts, and other characters. Highlighting the celebration is a leisurely, slow-paced egg hunt. The morning session offers breakfast and lunch will be served at the afternoon session.

There is no charge for this event, but pre-registration is required. Parents are asked to sign up for only one session. Space is limited so early registration is encouraged.
