OAK LAWN, IL — Celebrate the changing of the seasons when Oak Lawn’s annual Fall Music Festival returns to the Village Green at 95th Street and Cook Avenue. The fall frolic runs Friday, Sept. 6 through Sunday, Sept. 8, this year’s festival promises to be bigger and better than ever.

The fest offers three days of the Chicago area’s most popular bands, including local favorites and some bands new to Oak Lawn, playing on three stages.

Attendees must be at least 21 years old or, if under 21, must be accompanied by an adult.

Friday, Sept. 6, 6 p.m. to midnight
Saturday, Sept. 7, noon to midnight
Sunday, Sept. 8, 2 to 8 p.m.

Food: Satisfy your cravings with delicious offerings from local and nearby food vendors including hometown favorites: Lucky Burrito, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Palermo's, Paisans, Rita's Italian Ice, Peppo's, Nicky V's, and Genoa's Italian Concession.

Beverages: Stop by Lakeshore Beverage Beer Tent for your favorite domestic, microbrews and wine. Watch the games on the big screen TV and enjoy live music.

Remote Beer Station: Situated on Dumke near the Gazebo

Ticket Booths:

  • Two booths adjacent to the beer tent
  • One booth near the remote beer station

Southwest Gift Card Raffle: Residents will receive a raffle ticket in the FMF mailer offering a chance to win a $500 Southwest gift card. To enter the raffle, residents are instructed to turn in the raffle ticket at the beer tent ticket booths. A gift card will be raffled off each night of the fest.

New Attractions:

New this year is a caricature artist for a fun and personalized keepsake, or have your fortune told by a talented psychic. Experience the wonder of magic with the Strolling Magician, who will amaze you with tricks up close and personal. For those looking to add some temporary artistic flair, the Tattoo Artists will be on-site to create beautiful spray-on tattoos. These additions bring an extra layer of fun and creativity to an already vibrant event, making this year’s Oak Lawn Fall Music Festival a must-attend event.

Live Band Karaoke: Don’t miss the chance to be the star of the show singing your favorite songsfrom 2 to 4 p.m. Live Band Karaoke is open for all aspiring singers to sing with a live band. The band offers an extensive set list from all musical genres. Pick your song and reserve a spot in advance by emailing events@oaklawn-il.gov.

Parking/Shuttle:

Free parking is available at the Oak Lawn Patriot-Metra Station parking tower, 95th Street and Museum Drive. A free shuttle bus courtesy of the Village of Oak Lawn will leave every quarter hour beginning at 5:30 p.m. Friday, 11:30 a.m. Saturday and 1:30 p.m. Sunday. Board the bus next to the train station parking tower.

Live Music Across Three Stages: The music is non-stop at the Fall Music Festival’s in the Lakeshore Beverage Co. Beer Garden, the Oak Lawn Bank and Trust Main Stage, and the Gazebo. There is a genre for every musical taste in your family.
