Oak Lawn Halloween House Decorating Winners Announced
The 2024 winners of Oak Lawn's Halloween House Decorating Contest were awarded tombstone trophies to put on next year's displays.

OAK LAWN, IL — Three Oak Lawn families won tombstone trophies and bragging rights for having the most gruesome, scariest and creative Halloween displays.
Oak Lawn Trustee Paul Mallo (Dist. 3), chair of the special events committee, awarded the tombstone trophies during Tuesday’s village board meeting to the first, second and third place winners.
A panel of judges from the special events committee and sponsor Midnight Terror Haunted House toured the 24 entries before Halloween.

Second Place
No Name
Jose Davalos

We have long loved Jose’s hazardous workplace display where all the employees are dead. An amazing display of handmade monsters populate this scary yard in Oak Lawn. We think Jose needs to come up with a name.
