Oak Lawn-Hometown School District 123 Recognized for Staff Wellness Initiatives
The Devoted to Wellness Silver Award was presented to District 123 by the EBC for their dedication to staff wellbeing.
The Educational Benefits Cooperative (EBC) recognized Oak Lawn-Hometown School District 123 for high performance in implementing and completing a variety of wellness incentives for staff members over the past three years with the Devoted to Wellness Silver Award. The D123 Wellness Committee was presented with the award on January 13, 2026.
Initiatives contributing to this recognition include staff-led challenges related to walking, nutrition/diet tracking, and meditation, as well as larger endeavors such as the D123 Wellness Institute Day held every other Spring.
