Oak Lawn Man Dies Sunday in Car Crash

Donald Willman, age 67 of Oak Lawn, died Sunday evening in a car crash near Palos Hills.

Willman, driving southbound, veered into the northbound lanes on La Grange Road, according to the Chicago Sun-Times. A passenger tried to steer the car to safety, but the minivan drove off the road, onto an embankment, and it hit a tree.

Willman died in the crash, and the passenger was taken to a hospital and then released, the Sun-Times reported.
