Oak Lawn Senior Jake Herpich Earns Top Six Finish At Argo Dive Invitational

OAK LAWN, IL — Jake Herpich is diving into his senior season for the Oak Lawn Community High School boys swim and dive team with a competitive drive to improve and keep improving. Having set several new personal-best scores already this season, he is well on his way.

Last weekend when he finished in sixth place at the Argo Dive Invitational, it marked yet another personal best as he scored 356.60 points in 11 dives.

“Thus far, Jake has been taking care of South Suburban Conference competition with many first-place finishes in dual and triangular meets,” OLCHS head coach Derek Maciaga said. “Jake looks to medal once again in the SSC Red meet in about a month.”
