OL Parks Foundation Hosts Trivia Night Benefitting Park Programs

OAK LAWN, IL — Is your head filled with useless or arcane knowledge? Put it to good use Saturday, Feb. 24, at the Oak Lawn Parks Foundation Trivia Night, Doors open at 6 p.m. and games start at 7 p.m. at Johnson Phelps VFW Post 5220, 9514 S. 52nd Ave., Oak Lawn.

Mulligans and split-the-pot will be sold; no one under 18 will be admitted. For reservations email secretaryolpf@gmail.com.

The parks foundation acts as a community-wide advocate for open space, leisure and environmental preservation. The foundation seeks and welcomes all types of gifts, from cash to securities to real property, which it can hold and administer.

Tickets are $25 each per person, $175 for a team of eight. Proceeds from trivia net will benefit the Oak Lawn Park District’s special recreation and junior golf programs.
