What sport does the star student athlete play?
Girls bowling.
Why do you believe the star student athlete should be recognized?
Lameis returned to the girls bowling team this year and earned a spot on the varsity team. Besides just bowling, she has really made an impact on the team as a leader. And, this leadership role is gaining her recognition around the South Suburban Conference.
What's one thing you want everyone to know about the star student athlete?
“Lameis is rapidly becoming a leader of the team, helping all new members by finding their stance, teaching the cheers, and helping to lead the team huddle,” Faro said. “Other coaches always compliment her on sportsmanship, both with her own teammates and with the other teams as well.”
Keep up the great work, Lameis Sheikh!
