OLCHS Soccer Star Mo Farraj Named 'Spartan of the Week'

Each week the Oak Lawn Community High School Athletic Department and the Spartan Athlete Leadership Team selects a Spartan Athlete of the Week. This week’s recipient is senior boys’ soccer player Mohammad Farraj.

Mo had a huge week for the undefeated boys soccer team as he scored five goals and had two assists in the 7-0 victory over Eisenhower last week. He also scored a goal for the Number 1 ranked Spartans in the 3-1 win over Reavis.

Other nominees for the Spartan Athlete of the Week recognition were Camryn Landingham (Volleyball), Jenny Miranda (Girls Cross Country), Jackson Kierna (Boys Golf), Peter Knapp (Football), Jenna Cipriani (Girls Swim), and Allie Templin (Girls Tennis).
