Park Lawn Opens Registration for 41st Annual Maury Barger, Jr. Memorial Golf Invitational

OAK LAWN, IL — Park Lawn has officially opened registration for its 41st Annual Maury Barger, Jr. Memorial Golf Invitational, A Day in the Sun, taking place on Monday, Sept. 21, 2026, at Crystal Tree Country Club in Orland Park.

One of Park Lawn's premier annual fundraising events, the outing brings together golfers, businesses, community leaders, and supporters for a day of championship golf while raising critical funds to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Participants will enjoy 18 holes of golf, lunch, dinner, open bar and refreshments, on-course contests, raffle prizes, a silent auction, and networking opportunities—all while making a meaningful impact in the lives of the individuals Park Lawn serves.

Since 1955, Park Lawn has been dedicated to helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities thrive through residential services, employment opportunities, community living, recreation, and person-centered supports. Proceeds from the golf outing help ensure these vital programs continue to create opportunities for greater independence, inclusion, and quality of life.

Businesses and individuals are encouraged to support the event by registering to golf, becoming a sponsor, or donating raffle and auction items. Sponsorship opportunities are available at a variety of levels and provide valuable community recognition while directly supporting Park Lawn's mission.
