Parolee Accused of Grabbing Nurse's Buttock in Hospital ER
Chicago police brought man to Christ ER to be treated for DUI when he grabbed a nurse's buttock and wouldn't let go, prosecutor said.

OAK LAWN, IL -- A Chicago man who was brought to the hospital emergency room after a DUI was arrested when he grabbed a nurse’s buttocks and wouldn’t let go, prosecutors said Tuesday in court.
Danny Juco, 39, appeared before Cook County Judge Donald Havis on a charge of aggravated battery. Juco is currently out on parole for a retail theft conviction, according to Illinois Department of Corrections records.
The prosecutor said that Chicago police brought Juco to the ER at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn after being arrested for DUI on Jan. 23. As a nurse was adjusting his neck brace for pain, Juco allegedly grabbed the nurse’s buttock and would not let go.

The nurse had to hit Juco on the hand several times to make him let go, the prosecutor said.
In addition to the retail theft conviction, Juco did prison stints for residential burglary and attempted residential burglary. The prosecutor said Juco has a parole hold. His most recent parole was set to terminate next month.

The assistant public defender told the judge that Juco is the father of four children and drives for Uber. He also ordered that Juco have no contact with the nurse.
Bail was set at $50,000. Juco’s next court hearing is Feb. 10 in Bridgeview.
