Passed Out Woman Found in Park With Bare Buttocks Exposed: Cops

Police said woman and her companion were both intoxicated when she was found passed out in park with her pants pulled down.

An Oak Lawn woman and her companion were arrested after she was found passed out in a park with her bare buttocks exposed, reports said.

Jacqueline Schultz, 31, and Michael P. Gallagher, 36, both of the 10400 block of South Circle Drive, were charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing.

According to police, Schultz and Gallagher were both told leave Memorial Park, 5739 W.102nd St. an hour before officers were summoned back to the park.

Around 5 p.m. April 21, police received several calls of a woman passed out in the park with her pants down exposing her bare buttocks to visitors. When officers arrived at the park, Gallagher was leaning against a guardrail apparently passed out, reports said.

Schultz was also passed out with her pants pulled down. Officers woke up the pair, who they said appeared highly intoxicated and unable to stand.

Police spoke to one of the callers. The woman said she was at the park with her children and saw Schultz and Gallagher stumbling around the park and bothering people, reports said.

The woman told police that Schultz allegedly pulled down her pants and passed out with her bare buttocks facing her and her children.

Police said the woman was afraid of the what Schultz and Gallagher might do next with all the children present in the park.

Both were taken to the Oak Lawn police station and charged. Schultz and Gallagher have a court hearing on May 13 in Bridgeview.
