10505 Oxford Ave. Chicago Ridge — When the Duffy family first moved into their cute 19th Century home seven years ago, they had a lot of spiritual activity. Doors swung open and closed, whistling, curtains opening, and pictures and objects moving, along with the occasional eerie voice. Hearing boxes being dragged across the floor, which she thought was an intruder, Jackie Duffy called her husband (appropriately working the graveyard shift) home at 3 a.m. The Duffys went to village hall to get some information about their house, where they found a 1910 photo of a family sitting on their porch. Since hanging the photo, there has been minimal paranormal activity, says Jackie. "Our cute little house has quiet spirits now.
