Patience and Spirit Pay Off For OLCHS Bowler Danah Sheikh
"Danah is constantly improving her average and really gives her all at every competition and practice," coach says.

OAK LAWN, IL — Being a member of the Oak Lawn Community High School girls bowling program since her freshmen year, junior Danah Sheikh finally cracked the varsity roster this year. And she earned a spot bowling in both the South Suburban Conference meet and the Illinois High School Association Regional tournament.
Her patience and willingness to cheer on her teammates has made her a valuable member of the team. She will try to become one of the team leaders as a senior next year.
“Danah is constantly improving her average and really gives her all at every competition and practice,” said head coach Jen Faro. “She always cheers on every one of her teammates as well, rooting for the other teams as well. We can’t wait to have her as one of our senior team members next year.”
