Police Seek Identity of Unidentified 'John Doe'

A man in his early 20s who may be mentally challenged is at Little Company of Mary Hospital in Evergreen Park.

"John Doe" found May 4 at 95th Street and Ashland Avenue.

CHICAGO, IL -- Chicago Police are seeking the identity of a man who was found Wednesday on the South Side and taken to Little Company of Mary Hospital in Evergreen Park.

According to police, the man was found in an intoxicated state. It was later discovered that he is mentally challenged and cannot say who he is or where he lives.

His first name is possible “Terrance” and his nickname is possibly “Wayne.” He is black, around 5-feet-10-inches tall, with a thin build. There is a prominent scar over his left eye and he is missing a front tooth.
