Probationer Sneaks Urine In Condom To Cheat Drug Test: Cops
Probation officer noticed man's urine was not right temperature when he took his court-ordered drug test, prosecutor said.

BRIDGEVIEW, IL -- A Chicago man on adult probation was arrested after prosecutors said he tried to cheat a court-ordered drug test. Tino Whitefield, 51, appeared before Cook County Judge Peter Felice on a felony charge of falsifying a drug test. Whitefield is currently on probation for possession of a fraudulent credit card.
Whitefield reported to adult probation on July 16 at the Bridgeview Courthouse for a court-ordered drug screen test. After he providing his urine sample, officers noted that the temperature was below the 96- to 94-degree range. An empty condom was found in Whitefield’s pocket, the prosecutor said. Whitefield allegedly admitted to smuggling urine inside the condom and then poking a hole in the condom and emptying the contraband urine into the cup.
The prosecutor told the judge that Whitefield has eight prior felony convictions, the most recent in 2011 on a retail theft charge.

“You know my feeling about being on probation and trying to to conceal something in his body,” Felice said.
