Queen of Spades Revealed as Crown the King Jackpot Grows to $11,635+

The excitement continues to build every Tuesday night at Birdies Sports Bar & Grill as Park Lawn's Crown the King fundraiser keeps the community coming back for more.

During the August 4 drawing, B.G. (phone ending in 1152) had the winning ticket and selected Card #22, revealing the Queen of Spades. While the Queen of Spades wasn't the King of Spades, B.G. earned 24 tickets into next week's drawing.

The Queen of Spades also comes with a FREE entrée from Birdies, but all special Spade prizes require the winner to be present during the drawing. Since B.G. was not in attendance, the entrée prize went unclaimed.

The jackpot now grows to more than $11,635, with the next drawing taking place on Tuesday, August 11, at 7 p.m. at Birdies Sports Bar & Grill, 4036 W. 111th St. in Oak Lawn. Tickets are available for purchase at Birdies and at Park Lawn, located at 10833 S. LaPorte Ave., Oak Lawn.

In addition to the grand prize, guests who attend the drawing have a chance to win exclusive Birdies prizes by revealing select Spade cards:

• King of Spades: Win 60% of the jackpot if present (50% if not present)
• Ace of Spades: $25 Birdies Gift Card
• Queen of Spades: FREE Entrée
• Jack of Spades: Birdies T-Shirt
• 7 of Spades: FREE Round of Golf
• Joker: $250 and the game board resets
