Chicago, IL – The Renaissance at 87th Street became Symphony at 87th Street on February 24, 2016. This name change fulfills a strategic decision to continue to appropriately brand all Symphony Post Acute Network Member Facilities under the Symphony name.

Symphony Post Acute Network’s Member Facilities have operated long-term care and post-hospital rehabilitation facilities for nearly 40 years and are located in more than 30 communities across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana and Arizona.
