Results Are In: 'Die Hard' Is Considered A Christmas Movie
Seventy percent of Twitter users who voted in the Oak Lawn Patch poll consider the 1988 classic a Christmas move.

The results of the 'Is "Die Hard" a Christmas movie?' Twitter poll are in and readers of Patch in Illinois say yes.
Nearly all comments on Patch Facebook and Twitter pages on Thursday were in favor of the 1988 classic starring Bruce Willis being considered a Christmas movie. As were most of the Twitter users who voted in the poll posted on the Oak Lawn Patch Twitter page earlier this month.
Seventy percent of the 304 users who voted responded "yes" to the question.

2oth Century Fox agrees with Patch readers, apparently, and just released a new trailer for the holiday hit dubbing it the "greatest Christmas story ever told."
So hopefully that settles it. "Die Hard" is indeed a Christmas movie.
