Richards cheerleaders win Grand Champion
Team scored highest among all squads at Midwest Cheefest
The Richards High School varsity cheerleaders won first place in the Medium Varsity Division at the Midwest Cheerfest at Sandburg High School.
The team, coached by Katie Basich, also recorded the highest overall score from judges among all the teams in all the divisions. That means they also won the tournament Grand Champion award.
