Richards to host youth cheer camp

Richards High School coaches and cheerleaders will host a camp for students in grades K through 8 on Wednesday and Thursday, Feb. 22 and 23 from 5 to 7 p.m. both nights.

All details appear on the flyer -- please enter through Door S8 from the parking lot on the south side of campus (107th Street lot.)

The Richards cheerleaders enjoyed a great season in competition with varsity taking second at the South Suburban Conference meet and third at the Lockport, Lincoln-Way East, and Sandburg invitationals.

Junior varsity took third place at the Lockport Frost Invitational, fourth place at the Oak Forest Bengal Invitational (including a zero deduction routine), and fourth at the Joliet West Invitational.
