Richards High School senior Owen Forberg this week signed a National Letter of Intent to run track and cross country for Indiana University.
Owen won both the South Suburban Conference Red Division and IHSA Regional championship, took second at sectionals, and last weekend earned All-State honors at the state finals in Peoria.
He received so much support at his signing.
