Richards High School senior Sebastian Castro today signed a National Letter of Intent this morning to play football for the University of Iowa.
Named Champaign News-Gazette All-State and Player of the Year by the Daily Southtown, The Reporter and The Regional News, Sebastian was surrounded by family, friends, and his coaches from Richards.
"Just a special player and a great kid. We'll miss him," said head coach Tony Sheehan in perhaps the understatement of the year.
