The papers publish articles about where the safe walking areas for children are. That's like a road map for pedophiles and rapists. Lions don't go out looking into unknown areas of the jungle for stray prey. They lie in wait near heavily poplated places waiting for one to wander out alone. Let's give the kids a break and mail the 'safe walkways' to the students. Just sayin'
