South Side Teen Last Seen In Oak Lawn Missing 6 Days

Family says Samantha Jankowski, 18, may be in need of medication. The Scottsdale teen has been missing since April 1.

CHICAGO, IL — Chicago police are alerting the community of a missing Scottsdale teen. Samantha Jankowski, 18, was last seen in Oak Lawn on April 1. Her family says she may be in need of medication.

Samantha is white, 5-feet-2-inches tall, 108 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. No description of clothing was available. Anyone with information is asked to call 911, or contact CPD Area Central Detectives at 312-747-8380.

Samantha Jankowski, 18, of Chicago, has been missing since April 1.
