OLCHS Senior Alicia Kij Ready For More 'Sweet Victories' For Oak Lawn Girls Tennis

OAK LAWN, IL—It didn’t take long for senior Alicja Kij to taste victory on the girls tennis courts this year for Oak Lawn Community High School. She and her number-one doubles partner won their first South Suburban Conference match, and now, she is hunting down more sweet victories.

“The team demonstrated aggressive, high-energy play,” OLCHS head coach Kate Madsen said. “Tapping into her raw explosive athleticism and sharpening her strategic placement, she has elevated her game to an entirely new level on the varsity lineup.
