The varsity cheerleaders from Shepard High School have advanced to the final round of competition at the IHSA state finals.
In the preliminary round today, the Astros placed 8th out of the 25 teams in the Co-Ed Division to qualify (Top 10 advanced.)
They take the floor Saturday afternoon at 4:05 p.m.
