NOVA, the show choir from Shepard High School, won Festival Division Grand Champion out of 12 competing schools on Saturday, February 9 at the Manteno Main Event.
In addition NOVA won the award for Best Choral Sound. Shepard student Alan Krolikowski won Best Male Soloist in a Show and Rachel Lappano won Best Female Soloist in a Show.
Finally, Rachel and Lucas Lowry were also named Female and Male Solo Champions in the Festival Division Solo Contest.
