Shepard students help Chicago Cobras to championship

Champs at u18A tournament in Ann Arbor!

Shepard High School students (from left) Hunter Vaughn, Anthony Baffi, Nathan Moravec, and Ryan Ricker on helping lead the Chicago Corbras to the Big Bear ‘Big Chill’ Tournament championship in the Midget u18A High School Varsity Division in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Not shown but also participating in this tournament in the Midget u16 division are sophomores Christopher Stamos and Anthony Nunez.

Hunter Vaughn had a shut out and received game MVP for his outstanding saves and blocks that resulted in a 5-0 win. Ryan Ricker was a dominating force on defense with two goals and three assists over the weekend to help clinch to tournament win.
