Southside Shooters Big Spring

The Southside Shooters 8th Grade Basketball team has been hot this spring basketball season. Recently have went 3-0 at The Score in Willow Springs. Defeating Lockdown 42-22, LaGrange Bulls 58-48, and Unleashed 48-47 in the Championship Game. The team is also participating in the GSBS Spring League at the Swanson Center in Bedford Park. They are currently 5-1 and in first place. They have defeated the Shimko Stars White 39-16, Shooters Green 36-31, Shimko Stars Black 40-19, Shimko Stars White 40-26, and Shooters Green 36-33. Their only defeat came at the hands of the BTA Bulldogs 42-36. The 2018 Spring Team is as follows;

Matt Strama, Elias Garcia, Karim Elsokary, Jake McGriff, Will Lammel, Eric Burke, Aiden Gutierrez, Lukas Pukstys, and Edgar Orellana. They are coached by Bill Lammel and Eric Burke. Go Shooters!!!
