St. Louis de Montfort Opens Parish Carnival Season, May 28-31
St. Louis de Montfort's third annual family carnival features epic fun for all ages this weekend.

Oak Lawn’s parish carnival season opens this weekend at St. Louis de Montfort Church.
The third annual St. Louis de Montfort Family Carnival runs Thursday through Sunday, May 28 through May 31.
St. Louis de Montfort is located at 8840 S. Ridgeland Ave., Oak Lawn, across the street from Jewel Osco

The carnival promises epic fun and marks the first outdoor appearances of such South Side favorites as the Hat Guys, Final Say, the Rockoholics, 19 Paul and Oak Lawn’s Joe King bringing the “King, Kash” Elvis and Johnny Cash tribute show.
Featured throughout the weekend are exciting rides and games for all ages provided by Fantasy Amusements, a beer garden, daily raffles and prizes, face painters, local business expo, and covered food court.

Lucky Burrito, Durbin’s Pizza, Lee’s Concession, Hawaiian Shaved Ice and more are providing the eats, plus everyone’s favorite carnival fare (yes, there will be waffle cakes).
Thursday, May 28
- Hours: 6-10 p.m.
- Wristbands specials ($20) all evening, unlimited rides
- Headliners: The Rockoholics, 7-9 p.m. in the Beer Garden
Friday, May 29
- Hours: 6-11 p.m.
- Individual ride tickets available for purchase
- Headliners: The Hat Guys, 7-10 p.m. in the Beer Garden.
Saturday, May 30
- Hours: 1-11 p.m.
- Wristband specials ($20), unlimited rides 1-5 p.m.; individual ride tickets available for purchase
- Headliners: 19 Paul and Bad Medicine, in the beer garden.
Sunday, May 31
- Hours: 1-8 p.m.
- Bingo: Doors open at 12:30 p.m., games start at 1:30 p.m. Admission, $20.
- Wristband specials ($20) unlimited rides 1-5 p.m.; individual ride tickets available for purchase.
- Headliners: Final Say and Joe King in “Elvis and Kash” tribute show in the beer garden.
