Teen Sex Videos Land Foster Kid in Hot Water: Prosecutor
The ex-boyfriend posted sex videos of his former 16-year-old girlfriend on Facebook after they broke up, prosecutor said.

SUMMIT, IL -- A 20-year-old man was arrested after he made and posted sex videos of his ex-girlfriend on Facebook, prosecutors said. He was arrested by Summit police on May 30. The young man also has a pending misdemeanor retail theft charge.
Timothy Holman, of Sauk Village, appeared before Cook County Judge Peter Felice on felony charges of possession of child pornography videos and possession of a computer with child pornography.
Holman was 19 when he dated his then-16-year-old girlfriend between January and August 2016. During that time, Holman allegedly recorded video of their sex liaisons. When the two broke, the prosecutor said Holman became very upset.

The prosecutor said that Holman posted the sex videos on his Facebook page. He is also accused of texting them to the girl’s high school classmates and her family and friends. When a relative of the girl’s said he received one of the videos, Summit police began to investigate.
The girl was underage and a sophomore in high school during her time dating Holman, the prosecutor said. Search warrants were obtained for Facebook. The girl identified herself and Holman in the videos.

Police said Holman admitted to taking the sex videos and posting them on Facebook, including sending them to the girl’s relatives and school when she was only 16. The assistant public defender told the judge that Holman is a foster child and has been part of the foster care system his entire life. He is a graduate of Blum Trail High School.
The prosecutor asked for special conditions of bond, including no contact with the girl and her family. He is also to have no contact with minors under 18. He also cannot possess any video recording device or a computer.
“He’s looking at a mandatory minimum of six years,” the judge said. "The dissemination of these videos disgusts this court."
The violation of bail bond on the retail theft charge was set at $50,000. Bail for the new felony theft charges is $750,000. Holman is due back in court June 22 in Bridgeview.
