The Transatlantic Outreach Program (TOP) offers teachers the chance to receive student learning support and a chance to apply for an all-expenses paid study tour to Germany. Visit the Oak Lawn Public Library, 9427 S. Raymond Ave. lobby on Wednesday, Dec. 7, at 7pm to prepare your students to become global citizens.
