CHICAGO RIDGE, IL -- A 29-year-old alleged trespasser is accused of damaging government-supported property after he broke the Chicago Ridge jail. Prosecutors said the man had been taken into police custody on a misdemeanor charge.
Adam Hubbard, of Chicago, was arrested by Chicago Ridge police for criminal trespassing on April 10. Prosecutors said that when police brought him to the lock-up, he reacted by kicking the cell ock and breaking it. Hubbard escaped and was caught a few blocks away from the police station.
