Vengeful Driver Throws Rock Through Police Station Window: Prosecutor
Prosecutor said Chicago Ridge man threw rock through window of Worth police station after being released on an I-bond.

A Chicago Ridge man was arrested after he allegedly tossed a rock through the window of the Worth Police Department after he was released on an I-bond for driving on a suspended driver’s license.
Michael Foster, 24, appeared Tuesday before Cook County Judge Peter Felice on a charge of criminal damage to government supported property.
Foster was arrested for allegedly driving on a suspended driver’s license around 5:45 a.m. May 10.

After he was released on an I-bond, Foster threw a rock in retribution through the window of the Worth Police Department, the prosecutor said.
Village employees noticed the damage several hours later when they arrived for work in the morning.

Damages to a window, door and desk were estimated at $972. The prosecutor said Foster was identified on security video making a throwing motion.
In addition to the recent charges, the prosecutor said that Foster has two other pending cases for driving on a suspended license.
Bail was set at $50,000. Foster’s next court appearance is May 27 in Bridgeview.
