Join a certified severe weather trainer from the National Weather Service’s SKYWARN volunteer program on Monday, April 3, at 6:30pm at the Oak Lawn Public Library, 9427 W. 95th Street to learn about the latest advances in weather-related technology. Discover why spotters are needed to help the NWS issue timely warnings that could mean the matter of life or death.
