WGU Surprises ACH Staff with Special Delivery for National Nurses Week

The nonprofit, online university delivered specialty gift boxes to show appreciation for hardworking nurses at Advocate Children's Hospital

In honor of National Nurses Week, Western Governors University (WGU) surprised dozens of dedicated nurses at Advocate Children's Hospital in Oak Lawn in May with specialty gift boxes, each including a mini lip balm, recycled drawstring bag, notebook with pen, round badge holder and more. The gift boxes were hand delivered by WGU Strategic Partnerships Manager Joe DeJohns as a small token of appreciation for their service and unwavering commitment to providing the best possible care.
