2 Arrested After Attempted Armed Bank Robbery In Oak Park: Report
Police currently have two persons of interest in custody.

OAK PARK, IL -- Two people were taken into custody Tuesday in connection with an attempted armed robbery that took place at a PNC bank branch in Oak Park. The armed robbery attempt took place just before 11 a.m. at the branch located at 6621 W. North Ave., according to Chicago Tribune.
The two people in custody are being treated as "persons of interest," Chicago Tribune reports. The investigation into this armed robbery attempt, which is being handled by Oak Park police and the Chicago FBI branch, is still underway.
