The goal isn’t just to sell. It’s to move in a way that actually works for their life.

“The homeowners having the smoothest experience right now are the ones planning ahead,” says Laurie Christofano, a longtime Chicagoland Realtor. “They’re not waiting for the market to change. They’re figuring out what kind of move would actually make sense for them first.”
