Anan Abu-Taleb to Host Community Forum Wednesday, September 16th, 2015 at the Oak Park Library.

Oak Park Village President Anan Abu-Taleb invites all Village residents to a Community Forum on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at the Veteran’s Room of Oak Park’s main library, 834 Lake Street.

“It has been some time since we have held a community forum. There are many exciting things going on, and I want to hear from my fellow Villagers about how things are going,” Abu-Taleb said.

Joining Abu-Taleb will be Paul Aeschleman, President of the Park District Board of Commissioners.

“I am looking forward to this opportunity to have a constructive conversation with Oak Park residents to share ideas and information which is essential to the Park District’s continued success,” said Aeschleman.

“I have found these forums very helpful over the last two years,” added Abu-Taleb. “Thoughtful and engaged Oak Parkers have helped me and other elected officials bring back ideas to our boards and our staffs for implementation.”
