Oak Park, Illinois – Are you a family caregiver who is feeling overwhelmed and at risk for a burnout? Would you like to learn skills about how to identify, prevent, and cope with stress?
Started Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at 10:00 AM Oak Park and River Forest Townships, Solutions for Care, and Stickney Township has been facilitating Stress Busting for Family Caregivers.
This is a 9-week course that meets once a week for 90 minutes at 7222 Cermak Rd #200, North Riverside, IL 60546. Parking is available on site.
