Armed Men In Masks Steal Car At Gunpoint In Oak Park: Cops
Police say two men in ski masks hijacked a car at gunpoint in the 1100 block of S. Harvey Tuesday.

OAK PARK, IL — Oak Park Police are trying to track down two suspects who stole a car at gunpoint Tuesday night. According to police, the men pulled in front of the victim and one man threatened the driver with a handgun before the pair made off with the vehicle.
The men were driving a gray Hyundai Elantra at approximately 9:20 p.m. when they pulled in front of the victim's black 2013 Mustang, according to a police summary. One suspect reportedly exited the vehicle and approached the victim while displaying a silver handgun and demanding that the victim get out of his car.
Once the victim got out of his vehicle, which was still running, the armed suspect got into the driver's seat and a second suspect got into the passenger's seat. The pair then fled and were last seen driving northbound on Harvey.

The first suspect is described as a black male in his early 20s, standing approximately 6' tall with curly hair. He was last seen wearing all black clothing with a black ski mask. The second suspect was described as a black male in his early 20s, roughly 6' tall, wearing all black clothing and a black ski mask.
