Armed Robbers In Ski Masks Hold Up Berwyn Business: Cops

Berwyn police are looking for two suspects who robbed a business in the 6800 block of Windsor Tuesday afternoon.

BERWYN, IL — Berwyn police are still trying to track down two men who robbed a business at gunpoint Tuesday. Police say the men brandished a semi-automatic weapon when they entered the business in the 6800 block of Windsor at approximately 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.

According to police, the suspects threatened victims at gunpoint and forced them into the rear of the business. The offenders then "stole items from the business as well as from the victims," Berwyn Police said in a Facebook post.

One victim fought off the suspects and was able to get out of the business, police say, which prompted the robbers to flee. The victim reportedly sustained minor injuries during the struggle.
