Bee Meeting Tonight

That buzzing you're hearing is about honeybees and gardening.

A husband-and-wife team who've been raising honeybees for decades will extol the benefits of beekeeping for gardeners.

The presentation begins at 7 p.m. Wednesday , 834 Lake St. Co-sponsored by the Garden Club of Oak Park and River Forest, the program will feature a talk from veteran beekeepers Charles and Karen Lorence.

Bees have been the buzz in Oak Park ever since talks began last fall about . That measure passed in June.
