BRAVO Pilots Chitty Chitty Bang Bang Junior!

CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG!

Chitty Chitty Bang Bang is taking a wild ride through our Brooks Auditorium this November! BRAVO is honored to be kicking of the school year by partnering with Itheatrics and piloting the junior version of this classic show! From the beloved 1968 film version of Ian Flemings children’s Book, and featuring unforgettable music, this show is sure to take you on a magical journey! This family-friendly, energetic, and exciting show will leave audiences feeling “Truly Scrumptious.”

Our story follows an eccentric inventor, Caractacus Potts , whom sets out to restore an old race car with the help of his children, Jeremy and Jemima. Shortly after working on the car, they discover it’s magical properties, including the ability to float and even take flight! When evil Baron Bomburst desires the magic car himself, the family joins forces with Truly Scrumptious and Grandpa Potts to outwit the wicked Baron and Baroness and their villainous henchman, the child catcher! Chitty Chitty Bang Bang features an infamous score by the Sherman Brothers, whom brought us the wonderful Mary Poppins!

BRAVO’s award winning and nationally recognized 7th and 8th graders will take their audiences on an enthralling adventure of the magnificent car that will sail the seas and soar through the skies! This fascinating spectacular is perfect for all ages and will leave you with inspiring memories and in an enchanted wonderland! Don’t miss this flying car, remarkable music, hilarious cast and delightful choreography! Chitty Chitty Bang Bang will be playing for one weekend ONLY- November 4,5,6 in the Brooks Auditorium!
