OP Kidical Mass Bubble Ride

Join Oak Park Kidical Mass for a bubble themed ride on May 17. We will have bubble wands to play with at the start and finish of the ride, and plan to sneak some bubbles into the mix as we roll. This will be a fun, festive, and easy-going group ride heading to South Oak Park and back.

Our merry band of bikers gathers in Scoville Park at the corner of Oak Park Ave and Lake Street around 8:45am for a 9am(ish) departure. We'll have a few brief announcements followed by a 3.5ish mile loop, lasting just under an hour, starting and ending at Scoville Park.

We ride slowly for little peddlers and parents on cargo bikes. Everyone should wear a helmet, have a parent or guardian with them, and be able to ride without training wheels in a straight line. Cargo bikes, tandems, trailers and tag-a-longs are great for kids who have not learned to pedal.
