Church of Beethoven presents Music for Spring March 15

Next generation of classical musicians performs in Oak Park

Meet the next generation of Chicago classical musicians at Churchof Beethoven March 15.

Olya Prohorova,violin, is a founding member of the Virtuoso Philharmonic Orchestra, a Chicago players orchestra composed of members under age 30. She is concertmaster at Roosevelt University Symphony, Chamber and Baroque orchestras.

Erina Koyasu, flute, graduated from the Musashino Academia Musicae in Tokyo with the first prize and was a winner in the 2013 Chicago Flute Club Solo Artist Competition.
The duo will perform music for Spring including works by Rameau, Stravinsky, Bach, Beethoven, Schubert and more!

Church of Beethoven presents Sunday morning classical music performances in an intimate and casual setting as well as poetry by local poets and two minutes of silence.

The show takes place at Open Door Theater, 902 S. Ridgeland Ave., Oak Park at 10 a.m. Sunday, March 15.
