CTA Passengers Beaten, Robbed On West Side

OAK PARK, IL — Robbers have been attacking people on the CTA Pink Line, police said in a community alert. In each attack, a suspect — or group of suspects — approached riders on the train or near the station, police said.

The thieves beat the victims before stealing their property, police said.

All attacks occurred on South Pulaski Road:

• Tuesday at 12:10 a.m. in the 1900 block;
• last Thursday in the 2000 block;
• Feb. 6 in the 2100 block.
